Neighborhoods and nearby towns

Same phone, same rules everywhere: call 435-773-8856, tell us what the door is doing, and get a free estimate.

Desert Color

Desert Color is the newer master-planned community on the far south end of St. George, off Desert Color Parkway and the Southern Parkway near I-15 Exit 2, close to the Arizona line. Most homes and townhomes there are recent builds with torsion springs and modern openers, so the usual calls are sensors, keypads, opener settings, and noisy hardware, not worn-out doors. Ongoing construction nearby means extra dust in the tracks and on sensor lenses. Call 435-773-8856.

Little Valley

Little Valley is on the southeast side of St. George, east of River Road along Little Valley Road, on land that was farm and horse property not long ago. Lots run larger here, and plenty of homes have a third bay or a tall RV garage door. Big, heavy doors need springs sized for the weight, and wind across the open fields is hard on a door left halfway open. Standard and RV doors are both quoted on the call at 435-773-8856.

SunRiver

SunRiver St. George is the 55+ community south of Bloomington, across the Virgin River and reached from I-15 Exit 2 by Sun River Parkway. Homes there were built from the late 1990s on, so many original springs, rollers, and openers are reaching the age where they wear out. A stuck or heavy door is a real problem when it is your only way in and out with the car, so if a spring breaks, leave the door alone and call 435-773-8856. Mention your HOA if you are replacing a door.

Bloomington

Bloomington is the established neighborhood on the south side of St. George along the Virgin River, near the Brigham Road exit on I-15. It was first built out starting in the late 1960s, with custom homes on larger lots around a golf course. Older homes mean older doors: extension springs along the tracks, original hardware, and openers that have been replaced more than once. Many of these doors are worth repairing, and we will say so if one is not. Call 435-773-8856.

Green Valley

Green Valley is on the west side of St. George, reached by Dixie Drive and Canyon View Drive, up against the red rock and trail areas. It grew in phases from the late 1970s, so older patio homes and condos sit next to newer single-family streets. Condo and townhome garages there often see heavy use from seasonal residents and rental guests, which wears springs and openers sooner. Call 435-773-8856 with the address and what the door is doing.

Leeds

Leeds is the small town north of St. George on I-15 at Exits 22 and 23, near the Silver Reef historic site. It sits several hundred feet higher than St. George, so winters run a bit cooler and the wind can be strong. Homes are spread out on bigger lots, with plenty of detached shops and RV doors. Leeds is covered by request, so call 435-773-8856 and we will tell you honestly what timing looks like.

Toquerville

Toquerville sits on SR-17 between I-15 Exit 27 and La Verkin, and a lot of Zion traffic passes by it. Since 2025, SR-17 runs around the old town on the Toquerville Parkway bypass. The town mixes older lots with newer subdivisions, and bigger lots mean more RV doors, shops, and detached garages. Wind and dust off the open ground wear rollers and seals. Toquerville is covered by request, so call 435-773-8856 to ask about timing.

La Verkin

La Verkin sits on the bench across the Virgin River from Hurricane, where SR-17 meets SR-9 on the way to Zion. Homes range from older lots near State Street to newer subdivisions, and plenty of garages double as storage for trailers and toys. The open bench catches wind, so doors left partway open take a beating, and dust packs sensors fast. La Verkin is covered by request, so call 435-773-8856 and ask about coverage and timing.
